Abstract

Rx-360 is a not-for-profit consortium led by volunteers from the pharmaceutical and biotech industry including both manufacturers and suppliers. Its purpose is to enhance the security of the pharmaceutical supply chain and to assure the quality and authenticity of the products moving through the supply chain. The organization’s mission is to protect patient safety by sharing information and developing processes related to the integrity of the health care supply chain and the quality of materials within the supply chain.

In support of its mission to develop and implement enhanced global quality systems and processes to help members ensure product quality and authenticity throughout their supply chains, Rx-360 may undertake the following activities:

Members of the Board of Directors belong to member companies and are elected for three-year terms. The chair, vice chair, and treasurer are elected to serve for two-year terms.
