The Manchester Chemical Biology Network (MCBN) provides a unique cross-disciplinary forum for uniting scientists from across chemical, biological, and medical science with user organizations.


This collaborative network focuses on the following areas:

  • Computational and chemical tools
  • Chemical systems biology
  • Target elucidation and modulation
  • Biopharmaceuticals and nanomedicine


The MCBN network has funded a number of small projects and opportunities to increase collaborations in the field of chemical biology. Funded projects include:
